Solution
核心是业务同学整体对vendor提供的billing file进行validate的SOP，然后我们的AI系统将其拆解为可以分步执行的计划，然后由agent自动执行这些计划，针对每一份billing file生成对应的validation report，交由业务同学review以后自动给CEC manager发邮件。这块内容怎么呈现我还没有想好，你可以先想一想，有什么想法可以和我讨论一下。我会觉得这块是比较重要的内容。
